Zenith is a venture studio that guides domain experts through a four-phase journey from idea to AI-powered startup. We start with an Incubation phase where founders build an agentic prototype and validate their idea through real customer interviews. Those who show genuine traction move into a Business Assessment, where Zenith selects the strongest candidates to move forward. Selected founders then enter Company Formation, where Zenith co-builds alongside them with the goal of landing the first paid customer. Once that milestone is reached, we move into Growth — raising outside capital to scale the business toward $1M ARR.
